Chalk Rep Turns Garage into Stage

Claudia de Vasco is both a thespian and a Pasadena homeowner. Both details may not have any direct connection, but they are the reasons that her neighbors might soon find her yard full of theatre-goers watching actors perform in her garage.

The actors will be performing “In Case of Emergency,” a play produced by Chalk Repertory, a theatre company which is, according to their mission statement, “dedicated to producing classical and contemporary plays in unconventional spaces.”
